B – INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND WAREHOUSING Inventory management is the act of managing products or stock within a warehouse. This is how J&T manage their inventory:  ·        Quickly and reliably deliver goods: -         J&T uses the method of delivering the goods according to the schedule and delivering the goods in good condition. Fast delivery will make the company better success. The sooner the delivery of the item is done, the better the competence of a company's opinion. This will add to the budget and time.   ·        Maximize work capacity by supporting couriers. -         J&T couriers provide accurate route information and instructions to facilitate work. if the wrong information is given, the time taken to make the delivery will be long to find the way and even waste time in the vehicle.   ·     ...
