customer order, J&T staff will process the order in order to deliver the

customer will work with J&T sales representative to complete the order

issues, J&T will agree to post the item without hesitation.

Order filling:
- - Delivering
packages to customers is the procedure of filling an order. J&T established
a timetable for sending the packages to the customer. To transport the packages
of expensive goods, J&T need to prepare shipping documents including a bill
of lading and insurance. The proof of condition customer packages throughout
delivery is provided by the bill of lading. Customers will find it simpler to
ask J&T to pay for a refund if their packages have damaged.

Order shipment:

the order at Drop Point Branch and ready to ship to customers.
