v  Customers can purchase J&T service using an online app or manually at the closest Drop Point branch. After receiving a customer order, J&T staff will process the order in order to deliver the customer’s packages.

1.       Order preparation:

-        -  To drop off the packages, a customer must to visits the branch. After that, the customer will work with J&T sales representative to complete the order form. Then, they processing and submission the order form to the system.

 

2.       Order transmission:

-         - Next, J&T will deliver the order as planned. Then customer data will transfer into order entry throughout this phase. Users also can provide their details about the package, including the sender, recipient address and phone numbers.

 

3.       Order entry:

-       -   Before moving on the next step of the procedure, J&T must inspect the item because worried if have illegal items such as drugs or other else when the customers want to send the packages. If the information is accurate and there are no issues, J&T will agree to post the item without hesitation.

 

4.       Order filling:

 

-   -  Delivering packages to customers is the procedure of filling an order. J&T established a timetable for sending the packages to the customer. To transport the packages of expensive goods, J&T need to prepare shipping documents including a bill of lading and insurance. The proof of condition customer packages throughout delivery is provided by the bill of lading. Customers will find it simpler to ask J&T to pay for a refund if their packages have damaged.

 

5.       Order shipment:

-        -   Take the order at Drop Point Branch and ready to ship to customers.

 

6.       Order status reporting:

-        - Order status reporting is the final step in the order processing sequence. J&T implements tracing and tracking the order for clients during the delivery process. Until the parcel is successfully delivered, customers can check the progress of each delivery parcel at the J&T Express website or mobile application.
